This bright and beautifully presented apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The open-plan kitchen and living area is furnished with another single bed, television and a sofa.
The apartment enjoys a privileged central location 10 minutes from the City Hall and Estació del Nord. Carrer Colón, the public library, and the Catholic University of Valencia are also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The living area has a single bed and can accommodate an extra person.
- Both the bedroom and living area have balconies with lovely street views.
- Carrer Colón, the city's most important shopping street, is a few minutes away from the apartment.
- Estació del Nord serves lines to other parts of Spain, including a high speed service to Madrid, making it easy to explore the country.
- Tenants will have access to a communal terrace within the apartment building.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only a half-refrigerator which is located within a storage room adjacent to the kitchen. In here you will also find a shelving unit and the water heater.
- There is no washing machine in the apartment.
