This cozy 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Ayora offers well-sized rooms with windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a half-open kitchen that comes fully equipped. The biggest room in the property is the bright living room that is furnished with a dining table and opens up to a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below.
Located in the residential neighborhood of Ayora, you are surrounded by plenty of grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. If you love the beach, you're in luck because you have it just a 15-minute metro ride away. You are also well-connected to other parts of the city via tram and bus
What we liked the most
- The apartment faces both the interior and exterior receiving plenty of sunlight.
- You have a nice balcony where you can sit and relax.
- The kitchen is not blocked off by a wall providing a brighter and more open space.
- The bathroom comes with a good amount of storage space.
- You are only a 15-minute metro ride to the beach!
