This 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer Josep Aguirre, in Poblats Marítims, covers an area of 100 m² and comes fully furnished to accomodate up to 5 tenants. The exterior property has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a living area that opens out onto a balcony.
The apartment is located very close to the Port de Valencia, and a 15-minute walk from the beach. Trams and buses stop within a 6-minute walk, and you will find shops, supermarkets and all the essential amenities within close proximity.
What we liked the most
- The living area has a large flat screen TV and dining table.
- The apartment is equipped with nice tiled floors, making it easy to clean.
- The kitchen comes with all the essentials to cook.
