This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Marqués de Caro, in Ciutat Vella, is 74 m² and comes equipped with central AC. The spacious open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a sunny terrace, and each bedroom also has its own private balcony.
The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area, just around the corner from the beautiful Turia Gardens. The Central Market is 10 minutes away, and you can walk to the City Hall in 17 minutes.
