This 70 m², 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent in L'Olivereta, Valencia. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen television, and a dining table which can seat up to 4 people. The kitchen has beautiful exposed-brick walls and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, as well as having an oven, an electric stove, and a washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with single beds and 1 with a double bed, and all 3 have standalone wardrobes and windows with a view of the interior patio.
Living here you'll be right beside an absolutely huge park - perfect for dog walking or for taking an evening stroll! There's also a hypermarket a few minutes' walk away, as well as a supermarket which is closer and more convenient.
What we liked the most
- We loved the wooden floors and the brick-wall kitchen!
- Pets and smoking are both allowed in this apartment.
- The living room has a flat-screen television.
- All of the rooms have windows to let in lots of natural light.
