This charming 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Gran Canaria, in Poblats Marítims, has been beautifully renovated throughout. The 70 m² property has a stylish open plan kitchen and living area that opens out onto a balcony. There is also 1 modern bathroom.
The apartment boasts an excellent location, just 7 minutes from beautiful La Malva-rosa beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Both the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Valencia are within walking distance, making this apartment ideal for students who enjoy the beach and being outdoors.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen and bathroom are beautifully tiled.
- The living area will be the perfect place to get together with friends or family.
- The balcony offers lovely street views.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- You will find a supermarket 4 minutes away.
