This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Buen Retiro, in Campanar, is stylishly furnished and opens out onto a balcony. The spacious 65 m² property is equipped with AC and has 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a cozy living area with a television and dining table.
The apartment is located in a nice and tranquil residential area, close to the lovely Parc de Benicalap. There is a Metro station 8 minutes away and you will also find the Centro Comercial Ademuz within walking distance, so you will not have to go too far for your essentials.

- The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee outdoors.
- The living area is beautifully decorated and bright.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
