This furnished 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Xativa, in charming Ciutat Vella, has 1 spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The living area in this 50 m² property is equipped with a dining table, 2 sofas, and a television, providing a comfortable space to relax at the end of the day.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, just steps from Estació del Nord, the Bullring of Valencia and the City Hall. Carrer de Colón, Valencia's main shopping street, is a short walk away, and you will find the lovely Turia Gardens within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- Both bedrooms are nicely decorated and cozy.
- There is an AC unit in the living area.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled.
- In Ciutat Vella, you'll have the best of Valencia right outside your doorstep
- There is parking available at an extra cost.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and electric stove.
- Bedroom 1 does not receive much natural light.
