Located between Valencia City Center and the beach is this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment available to rent. With an area of 75 m², the apartment has well-sized bedrooms and a spacious living room. The elegant living room is furnished with 2 couches, an entertainment center, and a dining table for 4. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and an additional table.

Living in Camins al Grau gives you the best of both worlds, with the beach and city center about a 30 minute bus ride away. On Carolina Alvarez, you have 2 shopping centers nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants. When you feel like getting a bit cultural, be sure to head over to the Ciutat de les Artes i les Cièncias.
