This furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 94 m² footprint on Carrer Tucuman in Quatre Carreres. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, while the remaining 2 bedrooms have single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, full-sized refrigerator and you will also find the washing machine here.

There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, while a little further away you will find plenty of restaurants and shops. Gulliver Park is within a 15-minute walk, and the famous Oceanogràfic aquarium around a half-hour walk away, so there is plenty to explore nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The large living room is a great space to relax with a sofa and a TV.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and sink as well a large mirror and shelving.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • There is no parking available at this apartment.
