This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has a generous 200 m² footprint on Carrer de Palomar in Ciutat Vella. All of the bedrooms have double beds and are located on the first floor, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, and is located on the second floor.

The Central Market of Valencia is only a 5-minute walk away, while the Nuevo Centro shopping mall is just over a 15-minute walk away. For those with a curious mind, the Museu de Prehistòria de Valencia, and Institut Valencià d'Art Modern are also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The large living room has 2 sofas, a table, and chairs, so you have plenty of space to relax outside of your room.
  • The bathrooms both have toilets, and showers. One also has a bath, and there is an additional separate toilet for added convenience.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including plates and pots.
  • This apartment has a spacious terrace that comes with a barbecue grill and a wood oven, which is a perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and some meal with friends. The terrace also has an outside shower.
  • The University of Valencia is just over 20-minutes away by Metro.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
