This 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in Quatre Carreres is a spacious 125 m². There is a large open-plan kitchen and living room with a dining table for 6 at its center. The living room corner has a couch, wicker chairs, a TV, and opens up onto a balcony. On the opposite end, you have the L-shaped kitchen that comes fully equipped including a dishwasher. There are spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Quatre Carreres is the modern part of Valenica, home to the incredible Ciutat de les Artes i les Ciències. On Carrer de Vilafermosa, you are on a residential street but surrounded by plenty to see and do. You have international restaurants nearby, banks, and Museums. For shopping, you also have the El Saler Shopping Center, about 10 minutes away by bus.
