This airy 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Avinguda de Píus XII is on the 6th floor. It’s a spacious apartment with a long, fully equipped kitchen and furnished living and dining room. The decor is relaxing and comfy, and you get ample light from two sliding doors leading to balconies. The double bedrooms also get lots of sunlight. There are also 2 bathrooms, along with a laundry room.
Campanar neighborhood is just north of the city center. The Metro can get you there in 15 minutes. You don’t have to go far for much when you're living in this area, though. There are two shopping malls nearby, and the Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There is a public swimming pool and gym close by, and a number of restaurants and tourist sites, as well.
