This 5-bedroom apartment on Calle Gorgoes, in Blasco Ibañez, is fully furnished and opens out onto a lovely private terrace. The large 145 m² property has a spacious open plan living and dining area, separate kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet room.
The apartment is located within a 15-minute walk of both the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Valencia. The beautiful Jardins del Reial park is located nearby, and you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. You can also access the Metro in just 7 minutes on foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has nice wooden floors.
- The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa, television, and a dining table for 6.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- All bedrooms are fully furnished and include a desk.
- The apartment is equipped with central AC.
- You can walk to the beach in just over half-an-hour.
