This spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Avenida de Francia, in Camins al Grau is fully furnished and has a stylish modern decor. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, 3 bathrooms and a lovely furnished balcony. The apartment building also has a pool; ideal when summer rolls around.
The apartment is located in Camins al Grau, south east of the city centre. This area of Valencia offers a nice mid-way point for those that want to be close to the beach but still within easy reach of the city. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, as well as public transport to get you around town.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a stylish modern decor.
- There is a separate office; ideal for those that need to work from home.
- Heating and A/C is installed throughout to help keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a pool in the apartment building.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom with a spa bath.
- There are some lovely parks just a short stroll from the apartment.
