This sunny 3-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer del General Urrutia is on the 8th floor. It has a lot of shelving and storage space and 2 bathrooms. There is one double bedroom. The others have single beds along with desks and chairs. The kitchen is open to the spacious combined living and dining room. It’s fully equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The rest of the space is furnished with a dining table, TV, and sofa. There is ample light and a sliding door to the furnished terrace overlooking the street.
The Quatre Carreres neighborhood is to the southeast of the city center. You’re well connected by public transportation, but the area provides for most of your needs. There is an El Corte Inglés shopping mall just 25 minutes away. Closer to home is a Carrefour supermarket and an Imax Theater, as well as banks and smaller markets. You’ll find numerous bars and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. And you’re close to Gulliver Park and the popular City of Arts and Sciences.

- There is so much storage space that you’ll never have to worry.
