This cool 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Matias Perellò is on the 3rd floor. It has gorgeous wood floors. While modern, there are some unique retro touches to the decor. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room is very spacious. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. There is a round 4-seat dining table, a built-in sofa, and a small balcony. The bedroom has a small window and double bed. The bathroom, which has a shower, gets ample light from two windows.
L’Eixample is a fairly central neighborhood that has excellent public transportation connections. You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes.You’re close to parks and beaches are just a bus ride away. You don’t have to go far for much. You’re close to historical sites and museums like Museu Faller de València. The performing arts center Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia is 15 minutes away. You’re surrounded by restaurants, close to bars, and the Ruzafa Market is only a 5-minute walk from your new home.
