This spacious two bedroom flat is just 15 minutes walking from the University of Valencia, and it is a fantastic option for couples, families, or professionals. At 85 sqm, the flat features parquet floors, big windows, and an amazing amount of storage. Built in wardrobes line the entire corridor. The bathroom is brand new and has a large, modern shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, and washing machine. The entire flat is comfortably furnished, and the living room is big, cheerful, and bright. Carrer de l'Argenter Suárez is very conveniently located just outside the city center and near public transport. La Saïdia neighborhood has wonderful green spaces, and you will be able to enjoy the Jardins del Reial and the Parc Municipal de Marxalenes whenever you like.

- This flat has great amenities, like a washing machine, oven, and air conditioning for the hot Valencia summers.
- Both the city center and the University of Valencia are just a 15 minute walk away.
- The beautiful living room in this flat is very spacious and sunny.
- All utilities, Wi-Fi, and cleaning are included in the rent.
