Seven rooms are for rent in a central apartment near Estació del Nord situated in the charming Ciutat Vella neighbourhood in Valencia. This neighbourhood is located in the city centre, therefore is close to many attractions and bars, restaurants and cafés. The living and kitchen area is designed in an open plan layout, fully-equipped with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. There are 2 bathrooms to share between tenants. Each bedroom is spacious, featuring double beds, and all rooms (except for #7) has access to the large balcony that surrounds the property. Estació del Nord is just 7 minutes from the property, this station is the main rail station in the city.
What we liked the most
- One of the bathrooms is fitted with a bathtub, a luxurious feature.
- The apartment is exceptionally spacious and bright, the perfect size for an apartment with 7 bedrooms.
- The property has been recently renovated but still maintains its traditional charm.
- The apartment has a large balconywhich are the perfect places to relax in summer.
- This flat is handicap accessible and is therefore suitable for all people.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have A/C but it has plenty of windows to let in natural sunlight and fresh air.
