This 5-bedroom apartment covers an area of 130m2 and has spacious fully-furnished rooms to rent. The kitchen features modern appliances, a dining table, and opens out onto a lovely small balcony. All of the rooms are bright and well appointed with stylish furnishings.

Camins al Grau is the perfect spot if you want to be close to the beach without living right in El Cabanyal. In the neighbourhood you will find plenty of shops, cafes, and a large mall, as well as the beautiful Turia River Gardens.

What we liked the most

  • The neighbourhood is well connected to the beach and city centre by public transport.
  • The apartment has been well maintained and is very tidy.
  • The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a microwave, gas stove, and washing machine.
  • The kitchen opens out onto a balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs
  • All of the bedrooms to rent are well equipped, and each has a sofa.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there are 2 bathrooms, 1 is for the exclusive use of bedroom 3.
