This 130 m², 5-bedroom apartment offers very stylish and comfortable rooms for rent. The apartment is fully renovated and has a very modern and sleek decor and design. Each room comes with different features, some with a balcony, couch, or bathroom. The main shared area is the big and open kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with brand new appliances. There is 1 full bathroom to share and 1 en-suite bathroom.

The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of L'Eixample. The apartment is surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants and is only a 15-minute walk to the city center. This area is also the place to be for Valencia's annual Les Falles festival. 25 m² 25 m²

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has rooms with different features – something to appeal to everyone!
  • Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 have a private balcony.
  • Bedroom 5 is available for rent to couples and has an en-suite bathroom.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, double sink, washing machine, a large dining table, and a lot of cupboards.
  • The bathroom is completely renovated and has a large and elegant standing shower.
  • The apartment is only 15 minutes by foot to the city center but is also well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.
