Russafa is fast becoming Valencia's most desirable neighbourhood. It is very central, full of bars, restaurants and shops, and has great nightlife. The apartment is footsteps from Mercat de Russafa and is within walking distance of Estació del Nord and the rest of the city centre.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no real living room.
  • There is no heating, but Valencia doesn't get cold in winter.
  • The terrace mentioned toward the end of the video tour is more of an inside patio.
