There is a well-equipped kitchen which boasts a washing machine, oven, and dining area. The narrow living room has plenty of seating and a TV. All of the bedrooms are bright and cheerful.

This apartment would be ideal for students as it is just 5 minutes from the Universitat Politècnica de València and is also close to student nightlife spots, as well as being fairly close to the beach.
