This 80 m², 4-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent with single and double beds. The apartment is quite spacious with 2 long corridors. From the main entrance to each individual room, you have colorful and cheerful wallpaper and decor. The kitchen is the main common area, with plenty of storage space for the roommates. There is 1 full bathroom to share.

The apartment is located in the residential, but lively Quatre Carreres neighborhood. The main method of transport is by bus, and you are just a 20-minute ride to the closest metro station. You have the famous El Corte Inglés department store, a shopping mall, and plenty of grocery stores nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very well-decorated and provides a cozy atmosphere.
  • All the bedrooms have large windows to let in plenty of sunlight and fresh air.
  • There is an extra storage closet in the corridor.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and double sink.
  • The bathroom comes with bathtub, storage space, and elegant wallpaper and flooring.
  • You have El Corte Ingés department store, Carrefour supermarket, and the City of Arts and Sciences within walking distance.
  • The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city by various bus lines.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not have an elevator, but luckily you are only on the 2nd floor.
