Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom apartment in Eixample, Valencia. Despite having been recently renovated, the 75 m² apartment retains its character, with unconventionally shaped rooms, high ceilings embellished with wooden beams, and interesting artwork. There is a small living area which is connected to the partially equipped kitchen in an open-plan layout.
This apartment is on Carrer de Castellón in the central Eixample neighbourhood. You will be living just a few minutes from Valencia's old town, and therefore near to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops galore. In terms of transport, you couldn't be living in a better location. Estació del Nord, Valencia's main train station is 3 minutes away, as is Xàtiva metro station.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quite unique, with wooden beams and unconventionally shaped rooms.
- The kitchen has plenty of storage space.
- High ceilings make the interior more spacious.
- You will be living very near Valencia's old town.
- Estació del Nord and Xàtiva metro station are 3 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is very small, but the bedrooms are quite spacious.
- The apartment does not have a washing machine, but you can walk to the nearest launderette.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has an electric stove and a microwave.
- The apartment has no heating, but Valencia has a very warm climate.
