Spotahome's opinion
This is a very brightly-decorated apartment with the walls painted in warm colours throughout. There's a shared kitchen with marble work surfaces, two microwaves, two ovens and a hob so there's plenty of equipment for cooking meals. This is a lovely. bright room with decorative tiled walls. All four bedrooms are spacious while one has its own balcony with views towards the polytechnic university. The light apartment is ideal for students to share because both the Valencia Polytechnic University and University of Valencia are in the same district plus it's very close to the beach.
This is a residential neighbourhood with plenty of traditional Spanish squares, supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. It is a 3-minute walk to the picturesque Avda de Blasco Ibanez for pubic transport, shops and bars. This is a wide avenue with a park running through it and you can walk along here to get to Valencia University in less than 30 minutes. It's a 5-minute walk to Carrefour Express supermarket and there's a KFC takeaway restaurant within a 10-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The bright walls create a warm glow.
- Having 2 ovens and microwaves is a bonus if you all come home at the same time!
