This large 4-bedroom apartment in the Algirós neighbourhood is modern and stylish, perfect for students. Entering the apartment on the 4th floor you'll find a welcoming entrance hall that leads off to the 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There is no living area in this apartment, but with the lovely balcony and table in the kitchen area, you really don't need one. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and you'll find plenty of storage space in the spotless white bathroom and all 4 bedrooms.

Carrer de la Republica Argentina is quiet residential street lined with apartment blocks. There are a few stores on the ground floor on the street, and it's only a very short walk to the nearest Metro station, bus stop and various other shops nearby. The nearest supermarket is Mercadona on Carrer de Campoamor, a 6-minute walk from the apartment. There are various places to eat nearby, including an ice cream shop, 4-star restaurants and fast food outlets Burger King and Dominos pizza.

What we liked the most

  • The interiors are all very modern, from the white kitchen to the brand new wardrobes.
  • The shared balcony has nice views of a pedestrian street and space to dry your clothes on the line.
  • The table in the entrance hall is a great place to store shoes, coats and jackets.
  • All rooms have street views and are very sunny.
