Modern rooms are available to rent in a sunny flatshare near the Metro in Ciutat Vella. The property has been recently renovated, and it has a cozy sofa and dining table at the entrance for you to share with your flatmates. The enormous kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, and a washing machine.
Each of the 4 bedrooms is sunny and well-furnished, with either double or single beds, desks, and wardrobes in all. There are 2 spacious, shared bathrooms in the apartment, both of which have large, glass showers.
You'll be living in Ciutat Vella, 1 of Valencia's most central and well-connected neighborhoods. You'll have everything you need around the neighborhood, including plenty of restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, shops, and even a lovely park, La Glorieta. And, with a Metro station within close walking distance, you'll have quick access to points across the city right at your fingertips!
