There are rooms for rent in this cozy, 120 m² 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Gascó Oliag in El Pla del Real. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, and there is also a full-sized refrigerator and dual-sinks. Both of the bathrooms have toilets and sinks, while one has a shower, and the other has a shower over bath.
Universitat de Valencia, and Polytechnic University of Valencia are both nearby, and when you are done studying you can treat yourself to dinner at one of the many great restaurants in the area. The famous Central Market of Valencia is also within a half-hour walk.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport, so you can explore everything Valencia has to offer.
- This is an 11th floor apartment with an elevator, so you have great views without having to climb up the stairs!
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a doorman in this apartment building.
- There is a small terrace, which can be accessed through the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no heating and no AC in this apartment.
