This apartment has a floor area of 100 sqm and is located on Carrer de Joaquín Costa, in the central neighbourhood of L'Eixample, close to Carrer del Colon, the most important commercial street in Valencia. Main landmarks within the area include Jardín del Turia, Mercado de Colon and Valencia-Estacio del Nord, the main train station in town.

What we liked the most

  • The open plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home. In this fantastic shared room you can cook, eat your meals in the modern table with 4 high chairs or simply sit in the sofa and chat with your flatmates.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, a stove, a microwave and a fridge.

  • There is a shared wardrobe in the hallway, where you could store items you don't need on a daily basis to free up space in your room.
  • This apartment is located within an ideal spot to experience Valencia's vibrant nightlife, as the area is full of bars and restaurant and is also within walking distance to Russafa, one of the best places to go out in Valencia.
