The apartment also features a balcony, where you can enjoy third floor exterior views. The area of the apartment is 98m2, which is quite large for a 4 bedroom apartment. You will have the metro station located just down the street and several bus stops available around the area. With the utilities included in the rent you won't have to worry about paying your bills separately and can enjoy a stress free stay in one of Spain's most beautiful cities.
