There are 3 rooms for rent in this flat situated 8 minutes walking from the beach and the Polytechnic University of Valencia; shared areas include the bathroom with a bathtub, beautiful and modern living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Our favorite aspect of the flat was the living room: furnished with a big couch and a large flat-screen TV, the space is perfect for relaxing after a long day at class or beach! With the metro station, the beach, and the university within walking distance, these rooms will be ideal for anyone wanting a modern home in a convenient location. The property measures 60 m2 in total area.

- Valencia can get very hot in the summer, but don't you worry - this apartment features air-conditioning in some rooms, to keep you cool at all times.

- The living room is very modern and comes with a sleek L-shaped sofa and a big flat-screen TV.
- The whole apartment is renovated and features parquet flooring throughout.

Things to keep in mind
