This shared apartment with 7 bedrooms available for rent is located right in the heart of Valencia in the Old Town, or Ciutat Vella- you will be near plenty of historical buildings and will be able to enjoy a stroll down the cobblestone streets and learn all about Valencia's rich history. Every room is fully furnished with everything you might need to have a comfortable stay. You will also have access to a shared dining area, complete with a television, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms, accessible to all tenants. Don't forget to try the delicious paella and Valencia's famous drink, agua de Valencia!

What we liked the most

  • All rooms are fully furnished to ensure you have a comfortable stay in Valencia, whether you're a professional or a student.
  • You will be situated in the city center, in one of Valencia's most popular areas - there are plenty of things to do in Ciutat Vella.
  • We really like the dark red themed kitchen - it's fully equipped and features a large fridge along with an oven and plenty of cupboards.
  • The dining area also has a television, so you can catch up to your favorite TV shows and morning news while nibbling on delicious food.
  • All rooms come with an independent key for added security.

Things to keep in mind

  • The tenants will have access to four shared bathrooms- two of which have showers and two that only have a sink and toilet.
