Located on Carrer de Vilaragut, the apartment is just down the street from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, in the heart of Valencia. It is within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions, public transportation, and shopping. At 110 sqm the apartment is very spacious and features parquet floors and central heating. Each of the bedrooms is nicely and thoughtfully furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Both of the shared bathrooms are clean, modern, and recently renovated. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with ample storage space, a refrigerator and freezer, electric stovetop, oven, and washing machine. There is also a small dining table. In generally the apartment is very comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced, and is a great option for students or young professionals.
