En-suite single rooms are available for rent in a recently renovated residence hall next to the Valencia train station. Each room has its own desk and good storage space for personal items. This bright and welcoming residence hall provides a great range of shared amenities, including several quiet spaces to study, a dining hall and a living area with a TV. This property is located on Gran Vida Ramon y Cajal street, in the neighbourhood of Extramurs. Within a few minutes you can walk to Valencia Estacio del Nord, the most important train station in the city, where you can catch regional trains including a fast train to get to Madrid in less than 2 hours.
Room description
These exterior rooms are furnished with a single bed, a heating unit, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. They all have their own bathrooms and independent keys.
What we liked the most
- All rooms have been recently renovated and are nicely decorated. They all have an ensuite bathroom, so you won't have to wait in line to have a shower.
- There are two beautifully presented living areas furnished with sofas, tables and chairs. These rooms are ideal to socialise and get to know other residents.
- The larger living area has a TV.
- The spacious dining hall provides a comfortable space to eat your meals.
- Other common areas include an auditorium, several study rooms, a library and a chapel.
- There are vending machines where you can buy cold/hot drinks and snacks.
- The residence hall has a lovely backyard with a basketball court.
Things to keep in mind
- A cleaning service can be arranged for an extra cost.
