This residence hall is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes in the dryer. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and it is activated. Please note that the price per month is 10% higher for students who aren't staying in the residence for the whole school year (September - June). The rental price does NOT include IVA.

There are three types of rooms available in this incredibly friendly and full of life residential hall located on Avenida dels Tarongers in the neighborhood of Algirós. We can't praise this residence enough! Not only do they offer extremely attractive communal areas (from fitness, study area, to cafeteria, rooftop barbecue area, games room, a projection area, art room and a music room), but you will also benefit from tutoring, sports classes and dietary menus (yay for vegetarians and celiacs!) which are included in the rental price. The bedrooms for rent are all en-suite and fully furnished with everything you might need to enjoy your studies in Valencia. And as a bonus point, the beach is just a short walk away and the faculties are just across the street! All utilities are included in the rental price, so you really won't have to worry about anything during your stay here. So, what do you say? We are definitely saying 'yes' to this one!

Fully furnished room with exterior views from the balcony and a private bathroom. Please note that this room is for a single occupancy as the second bed, seen in the pictures, will be removed.

What we liked the most
- We really like how this residence hall takes care of its tenants. They are very attentive and we were told that the staff know the names of every tenant - you will never feel left out here!
- The fully furnished bedrooms have great views and offer just about anything you might need during your studies here. The common theme in the bedrooms seems to be a beautiful, calming blue colour.
- Two of the available bedroom types have access to a private balcony - perfect for studying under the sun without ever having to leave your bedroom.
- And if you do happen to leave your bedroom, the beach is just a short walk away from the residence!
- The residence hall has good connections by bus and tram to Valencia's city centre where you can enjoy some of the most amazing food, shops and nightlife.
- The residence offers every type of common area imaginable- from music rooms to art rooms, there's something for everyone.
- There is a rooftop BBQ area... what more can you ask for?
- All bills are included in the rental price along with extra services we mentioned in the description.

This residence hall has excellent transportation links. You'll be able to reach Valencia city centre in just a few minutes using trams number 4 or 6 and then catching a metro number 3 or 9 at Benimaclet station.
