This property can be found in a popular student area that is not far from the famous Valencia beach. Tenants will never be bored in this neighbourhood as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes. The flat boasts an exceptionally spacious living room with communal seating and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances necessary for efficient cooking.
