This area is ideal for students, as from the apartment, they can walk 20 minutes to reach the University of Valencia. Whilst walking to the university or the city centre, tenants can take a stroll through the pleasant Cabacera Park which is close to the apartment. The property itself has a modern, fully furnished kitchen which has plenty of storage space for crockery and food. The living area features a long, comfortable sofa which tenants can relax on whilst watching the flat-screen TV.
