The interior of this property is exceptionally spacious and elegant, with a large living and dining room which is to be shared with the live-in landlord. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities and storage space.
La Saïdia is a lively, historic neighbourhood situated to the north of the city centre. Central Valencia can be reached on foot — Valencia Cathedral is just 15 minutes away and there are many shops, cafés, bars and restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. This property is particularly pleasant in summer, due to its close proximity to parks and other green spaces.

Bedroom 1 is spacious yet cosy, and furnished with a double bed and a small balcony. This room also has a chest of drawers and shelving for storage.
What we liked the most
