There is a very spacious kitchen / dining area with dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer; a shared bathroom with two sinks, and a large living area with balcony and an air conditioning unit.
The apartment is in El Cabanyal, a seaside neighbourhood in the Poblats Marítims district of Valencia. The beach is walking distance away, as is the UPV campus, making it ideal for students.
