Rooms are available to rent in a clean, renovated, 4-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord in Camins al Grau. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. The highlight of the property is the very spacious living room, which has a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is a little interior balcony/laundry room, and there are 2 complete bathrooms to share with the landlord and your housemates.
This apartment is on Carrer de les Illes Canàries in Camins al Grau, very close to the city centre. You will be living just 5 minutes from Turia park - one of Spain's largest urban parks and a perfect substitute for a back garden! There are plenty of local amenities in the area, and Amistat-Casa de Salud metro station is 13 minutes away.

Bedroom 4 is a unique bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom separated by glass. The room has a double bed and large built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors.
