This is a stunning 3-bedroom apartment to rent in Cabañal, Valencia. This apartment is perfect for students. It boasts a huge living room with tons of seating, a table, cupboard and a TV. You'll love spending time on the long balcony, taking in great views of the street. Each room has it's own window providing plenty of natural light. Lastly, the kitchen and bathroom are modern and have all the necessary amenities.
This apartment is located in the Cabañal district of Valencia and is perfectly located for students and those who love the beach - you´re a 15-minute walk from the Polytechnic University and a 5-minute walk from the beach. Apart from the beach, here you'll find tons of restaurants, bars and nightclubs for any budget. Valencia is a great city for biking, as you can reach any part of the city in a relatively small amount of time. On bike, you're apartment is only fifteen minutes away from the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences Complex, which features a state-of-the-art museum and aquarium and is located within the Turia Garden, a park that spans the length of the city.

Transportation
- Reach the city centre in 35 minutes by walking to the Valencia-Cabanyal station (20 mintues) and taking the C6 train to Estació del Nord. To avoid the walk, you can take the 31 bus outside your apartment to the Valencia-Cabanyal station and transfer to the C6 train.
- Walking is you're quickest option for reaching the Polytechnic University. Only 15 minutes!
- If you want to take public transport to the beautiful Turia Garden, take the 19 bus from outside your apartment. It will get you there in around 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, you're only an easy 45-minute stroll away.
- If you can, get a bike. The city has plenty of bike lanes. For example, you can get to the city centre by bike in 22 minutes!
