There are three rooms with double beds to rent in this gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment in historic heart of Valencia. Tenants have a shared living room with television, equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony while all three have a desk and wardrobe to store belongings.
The apartment is in the historic centre of Valencia, just 240m from the Jardines del Turia garden created from the old, dried-up riverbed running from the old town to the City of Arts and Sciences. Many of Valencia's historic landmarks and museums are in the old town, including the central market, which is 10 minutes' stroll from the apartment, It is 2kms to Valencia University. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a couple of blocks as well as many traditional Spanish squares.
