There are three rooms to rent in a 3-bedroom apartment in Valencia. Two have double beds—with their own balconies—and one has a single bed. The property has a shared living room with interesting decor and a well-equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms are shared between the two rooms.
The apartment is in the historic centre of Valencia, just 240m from the Jardines del Turia garden created from the old, dried-up riverbed running from the old town to the City of Arts and Sciences. Many of Valencia's historic landmarks and museums are in the old town, including the central market, which is 10 minutes' stroll from the apartment, It is 2kms to Valencia University. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a couple of blocks as well as many traditional Spanish squares.
