This 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Quart, in Ciutat Vella has furnished rooms for rent in an excellent location. The 85m² property has an equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a tidy tiled bathroom. The landlord occupies the other 2 bedrooms and has exclusive use of the 2nd bathroom.
The apartment is located in Ciutat Vella, right in the heart of the city. This beautiful barrio is part of the historic area of Valencia and within walking distance of the best Valencia has to offer.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed and is nicely furnished. The room has an interior patio view and gets plenty of natural light.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has lovely polished wooden floors.
- The open plan living area has a comfortable couch and a small coffee table.
- The kitchen is well equipped to cook.
- The bathroom has a large rain shower.
- The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Valencia.
