This 180 m², 6-bedroom apartment in Algirós has spacious double-bed rooms available to rent, perfect for individuals or couples. The apartment has both interior and exterior rooms and wood flooring throughout. The main common area is the really spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a dining area with a large dining table. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space for all tenants and there are 2 full bathrooms to share.
On Plaça del Xúquer, the apartment is on a quiet and residential street with a tree-filled plaza. You are in a convenient location, surrounded by all your basic amenities such, as well as tasty restaurants and fast food chains. You are very well-connected by bus, but also have several metro and tram stops a short walk away. This apartment is ideal for students only 10 minutes away from the Universitat Politècnica de València and 15 minutes from the Univertsitat de València.

- All the rooms come with a double bed.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space.
- Bathroom 1 is really spacious and has a double-sink vanity.
- The location is ideal for students.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a dishwasher and AC units shown in the video, they do not function.
- The landlord will provide a desk and chair for bedrooms 1 and 2.
- Bedroom 4 is currently unfurnished, but will have a double bed and desk before move-in.
