There are rooms for rent in this spacious 96 m² 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer del Ministre Luis Mayans in La Saïdia. With a large living area, which opens on to a balcony on one side, and fully equipped kitchen on the other, this apartment has everything you need to move in.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, as well as a few restaurants and a pharmacy within a 10-minute walk. The Mercat Central is also a 25-minute walk away, so you don't need to go too far for the essentials.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a bright room with a double bed, desk and heating. This room also has a chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
What we liked the most
- The living area is a great place to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a separate toilet for added convenience.
- The University of Valencia is a 20-minute walk away.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
