There are rooms for rent in this spacious 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a generous 140 m² footprint on Avinguda del Primat Reig in Rascanya. The kitchen is an interior room with modern appliances, including a 4-burner stove and rangehood as well as plenty of cupboard space. Both bathrooms have large showers with toilets, and sinks.
There are plenty of shops along Avinguda del Primat Reig, and several restaurants and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk as well. The Jardins del Reial park is also a 15-minute walk away, and is a great place to explore on your days off.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a bright room with a double bed, as well as a desk and standalone wardrobe. There is also a large window which looks on to the street and lets in plenty of natural light.

What we liked the most
- The living room is a great space to relax outside of your room, and has balcony access.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Polytechnic University of Valencia is within a half-hour walk.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The bathrooms are shared.
