There are rooms for rent in this stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Salvador Guinot in Jesús. The generous 90 m² footprint includes a modern kitchen with an oven and 4-burner stove, and a spacious terrace. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, while the other has twin singles.
There are a few of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk, as well as a supermarket. The centre of Valencia is just over a half-hour walk, or around 15-minutes by bus as well.

- The spacious living room is a great place to relax with your flatmates as it has a sofa and table and chairs.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months, and AC in some rooms.
- The University of Valencia is just over 30-minutes away by bus.
