There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few restaurants nearby as well. The Mercat de Colón is around a 20-minute walk away, and the Plaça de Bous de València is also within walking distance.

Bedroom 4 is a modern room with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and standalone wardrobe. This interior room also has a window looking on to an interior patio.

- The living room opens on to the kitchen, and is a great place to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a full-sized refrigerator and a few cupboards in the kitchen so there is plenty of storage space.
- There are plenty of windows thoughout the apartment to let in natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
